Hello there,
I am the worst blogger ever. Blogging about something that has happened like 3 months ago, that's pretty low. Or I could say: vivid originality.
However, I got to cross one thing off my bucket list this summer. So if that isn't something to blog about, what is?
Like you already now, (if you have been reading me those last months) I went to Madrid last summer. I was lucky enough to visit Santiago Bernabeu. It is breathtaking. Personally, I found it even more spectacular than Nou Camp. But that must be my Madridismo talking.
I also got to meet Nacho (he is cutter in real life) in Valdebebas. Unfortunately for me, he was the only player who stopped for us. I remember seeing Cristiano, Bale, James, Marcelo... all leaving the training center.
Now let's get to the most exciting part. Watching a Real Madrid game live in the stadium. Words can't describe how I was feeling. At some point I started crying. Firstly because I lost my family in the crowd on our way to the bleachers, lol. And secondly because that was a day I was waiting for since 2010. Hearing the chants among all the madridistas who came to watch Los Blancos' La Liga opener made me feel like I was part of something so special. Alfredo Di Stefano was right about what he said; Real Madrid is a feeling.
